Discussion of the Concept of anti-corruption policy Republic of Kazakhstan

As you know, the implementation of the Concept of the Anti–Corruption Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2022-2026 is coming to an end this year. In accordance with the protocol instruction of the Presidential Commission on Anti-Corruption, the authorized body has begun the development of a new program document. The adoption of a new anti-corruption policy document is a logical continuation of the ongoing systematic work to improve public administration.

This process requires the consolidation of efforts by government agencies, quasi-public sector entities, and civil society institutions. JSC Semey Engineering did not stand aside.

A meeting was held and the development of a program document was discussed with the plant's employees in the field of anti-corruption with the heads and employees of the structural divisions of JSC Semey Engineering. 

At the meeting, the company's employees made some suggestions. In particular: 

- Transformation of the formation of an anti-corruption culture, taking into account industry specifics;

- Digitalization and transparency of production and procurement processes; 

- Minimization of "hidden" corruption risks and the production environment;  

- Further strengthening the activities of anti-corruption corruption services;     

- Protection of persons reporting corruption violations.
